Mrs. Donna Johnson-Fowler

Mrs. Donna Johnson-Fowler is a passionate and goal-oriented individual who focuses on delivering within stipulated timeframes. She recently joined the cadre of professionals at the Tourism Product Development Company Limited (TPDCO) in the capacity of Director of Public Procurement.
Prior to joining TPDCo, she worked in the field of Procurement for nine (9) years at the National Land Agency, where the focus was on providing leadership in ensuring compliance with the Government of Jamaica’s Public Sector Procurement Procedures.
She also worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade for 12 years, which included assignments in the Protocol and Consular Department as well as the Jamaican Consulate General in Toronto, Canada as Vice-Consul. During her tenure at the Foreign Affairs Ministry, she learnt the art of diplomacy whilst working in a dynamic environment and while servicing the needs of both Jamaicans and foreign nationals in accordance with established GOJ regulations.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies (Hons) from the University of the West Indies Open Campus. She has attained Professional Certification of Advanced Competence in Public Procurement and also holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies.
Mrs. Johnson-Fowler has won the Procurement Category in the Public Sector Brain Games Competition, resulting in a formal commendation from the Office of the Contractor General. She is also an avid reader and enjoys travelling out to the Jamaican countryside.
